Vermont Wedding: Simon Pearce Wedding

I’m always thrilled to head up to Vermont for a wedding, but this one was exceptionally magical! Michael and Cheryl tied the knot surrounded by wildflowers and overlooking the mountains beyond the farmhouse they rented in Sharon, Vermont. Their intimate wedding then ventured into Quechee, along with all the celebrants of the Quechee Balloon Festival, for dinner at the Mill at Simon Pearce. As the balloons ascended, we all stood mesmerized on the balcony overlooking the river and the sunset, as one balloon after another drifted overhead, some so close you could almost give them a high five! I think we were all a bit giddy for the rest of the weekend!

Venue: The Mill at Simon Pearce, Quechee, VT | Balloons courtesy of the Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival | Lodging: The Shire, Woodstock VT | Florals: Bride’s Aunt | Ceremony Location: The Highland Farmhouse Estate, Sharon, VT | Ceremony Cold Brew: Intrepid Cafe, Boston, MA
