• From Waterloo, Ontario
• This is Straps` second attempt at the AT, having finished it with his wife the first time around. He started the trail with some other guys, but had to separate at one point, thus walking the last month or so mostly solo. He admits it`s different when you aren`t hiking with someone, maybe a different experience altogether. He`s mostly out here on the trail this time to prove (to himself and others) the first time wasn`t a fluke.
