I’m always very humbled and thrilled to photograph any major life moment for someone from my past, but especially when they become a parent. There are so many things that happen between high school, college, marriage, and babies that you see old friends in such a new light. My brother got married this past week welcoming Maegan into our family, and their closest family and friends gathered at their baby shower on Sunday in all the excitement of waiting for Callie Mae! Peep two cousins that are super happy to welcome their next girlie cousin into the family, they can`t wait!

• After saving money from his first job out of college, Gambit was able to make his AT trek possible. One piece of advice he`d give to future thru-hikers, spend some time each day in gratitude, it`s something not enough people do as they harp on the difficult times.
